Heating Assistance Program extended to April 13
Pennsylvanians struggling to pay home heating bills now have until April 13 to apply for financial help through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), according to Senator Randy Vulakovich. The program was scheduled to end April 6. LIHEAP provides cash grants sent directly to the utility company and crisis grants for households in immediate
